Marcus was a finalist in the 2012 New Music for St. Paul’s Cathedral Composition Competition, and is recipient of the John Clementi Collard Fellowship, 2008, in composition, from the Worshipful Company of Musicians, where he is now a Freeman. Marcus has held the positions of Co-Leader of the Britten Sinfonia orchestra, since 2013, and Principal 2nd Violin of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, since 2016. He has led, directed from the violin and played as soloist with Britten Sinfonia. He has also led the Scottish Chamber Orchestra
Since 2010, Marcus has been teaching, at the Guildhall School of Music, a course which brings together student composers, string players and pianists

Christina has won a host of accolades on a national and international level. She was a finalist in the Piano Section of the Royal Overseas League Music Competition in London, and a winner of the Blackheath Hall Young Artists auditions, as well being a prizewinner at the Marsala International Piano Competition. She also reached the finals of the Madrid International Piano Competition “ Compositores de España”. As a 16-year-old student of Ryszard Bakst, she was a prizewinner in the National Mozart Competition and, the following year, in the Bromsgrove International Young Musicians’ Platform.
